We offer worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the postage receipt via Text. Shipping costs will depend on Country its being sent to.

For domestic orders within the United Kingdom, we offer standard postage & packaging at £5, which typically takes 1-2 business days for delivery. For international orders, we offer standard international shipping via DHL or FedEx, which can take 7-14 business days for delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via DM with your proof of purchase and reason for return. Please note we will nor accept returns of earrings and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
